New leads from these domains are held for review or refused as they come in. Leads and contacts already in move to spam only when they are picked as the domain is blocked.

Suggested domains
Domains with two or more leads in spam in the last 90 days, none of them released and no contact kept. Free mail, brokerage and already blocked domains are left out. Block refuses their next leads. Dismiss leaves their leads alone and hides the domain until two new leads from it land in spam.
